Anton McBurnie

FOUNDER AND MANAGING PARTNER

Anton has a wealth of hands-on experience in helping leaders, teams and organizations achieve measurable collaborative success, with a specific focus on how the executive and senior teams of an organization impact success in these areas. Co-author of “Close The Interaction Gap”, Anton is a strong communicator who can motivate and align diverse teams to achieve a common purpose.

His career has taken him from sales and marketing positions with Procter & Gamble in the UK and Consol Glass in South Africa to general management roles with L’Oreal in France, Hong Kong, and Japan. Before moving into consulting, Anton’s positions in North America included Managing Director of Estée Lauder Cosmetics Canada, C.O.O. of Premier Salons International, and President of Sparks.com, a Bay Area e-commerce start-up.

Anton earned his Masters in Business from the London Business School and his BSc in Zoology & Psychology from the University of Exeter, England.

Maggie Carveth

Operations and Administration

Maggie manages all our back-office operations, administration and logistics support and works closely with our clients to ensure the smooth planning, delivery and follow up for our programs.

Her career has taken her from management consulting roles in the UK to operations, administration and logistics roles for companies in Canada and North America where she has been able to leverage her strong organization and communication skills.

She holds a BA in Modern European Studies from Loughborough University in the U.K., has a certificate in management from the Canadian Institute of Management and is a Belbin Accredited Trainer.

Maggie is also a volunteer for the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada and received the Ontario Volunteer Service Award for having completed 10 years of service in this volunteer role.

Tucker Stine

Tucker helps conscious leaders and companies turn their vision into purpose-driven businesses so they can accelerate global human impact. He is an organizational brand architect and leadership coach and with over 25 years of success in helping dynamic teams, diverse communities and empowered leaders drive change by developing strong language skills, communication platforms and interpersonal relationships through experiential learning. Tucker has worked with Fortune 100 companies, tech giants and global changemakers such as Microsoft, F5, Accenture, Azure, AWS and more.

His career began in the advertising and marketing world through large agencies in Boston and San Francisco working on large consumer, food and beverage and technology brands, but ultimately life brought him back to Southern CA where he continued his love for helping companies tell great stories. In 2012, Tucker left the corporate world to taste the life of an entrepreneur and founded his own firm that focuses on helping leaders develop their purpose, create strategic action plans, and connect with their customers on deeper levels through transformational communication.

Tucker holds a BS in Marketing and Business Management and an executive credential in Strategic Marketing Management from Stanford University. He resides in San Diego, CA with his wife of 22 years and their two teenage kids.

In addition to working with CoSuccess Consulting, Liz is the CEO of Aspiring HR in the United Kingdom. Liz is an Executive Coach with 20 years’ experience in senior HR, OD and L&D roles; supporting leaders, managing change programmes and building performance cultures. Her career spanned international pharmaceuticals, retail and FMCG.

She is a PG Cert trained and ICF accredited PCC Executive Coach who draws on learnings from her own corporate career, building a consultancy business and the world of coaching, behavioural psychology, neuroscience and NLP; all her work shares a deep commitment to enabling her clients to achieve their goals and facilitate the change they are looking for.

Liz is a dynamic coach, trainer and people expert, she is insanely curious and dedicated to exploring what is possible in the world.

Patrick

Patrick Ballin

Consultant. Executive and Team Coach

Patrick’s core work is around effective collaboration within teams, organizations and supply chains. Since 2006, he has coached international teams and their leaders in organizations of every conceivable size and shape, with a particular passion for facilitating individual and team collaboration to align with their organization’s commercial, social and environmental missions.

Patrick started his career in the information technology industry before spending fourteen years in senior international roles at The Body Shop, where he was Head of Supply Chain Development and a Trustee of The Body Shop Foundation. His subsequent coaching career includes a core role in the Coaching for Performance programme for Morrisons, UK, working alongside the sports coaching faculty at Leeds Carnegie and coaches from Yorkshire Cricket, and four years as an international coach on the award-winning NVS Partners programme. He taught and supervised part-time for a ten-year period on Specialist Masters and MBA programmes at Brighton Business School, UK.

Patrick holds a BA and MA in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge, a Higher Education Academy Teaching Fellowship.

Leveraging her expertise and deep knowledge of two worlds – Corporate and Entrepreneur – Bernadette brings a dynamic combination of structure, critical thinking, innovation & urgency to support the success of organizations, leaders and teams.

To increase diversity in an inclusive environment, Bernadette helps develop and implement programs for Women in Leadership to empower them to get their voice heard, influence decisions, drive strategy and execution in the organization.

The first half of her career was with large multinational corporations, in cosmetics, banking and import-export industries, including L’Oréal, one of the largest Cosmetic companies in the world, BNP and Paris Indosuez Banks. She gained invaluable experience leading teams and successful projects in very diverse organizations and cultures, in Europe, Asia and North America.
In the second half of her career, Bernadette became an entrepreneur and runs two businesses. She built an international health network and established her speaking and coaching practice, working with C-suite executives, professionals and business owners who are committed to take their overall success to the next level.

Throughout her global travels and professional career, she has become passionate about empowering women around the world, diversity and equality, keeping our families healthy and protecting the beauty of our planet. Bernadette is blessed with an incredible husband and three beautiful children.
